Visitt Raises $22 Million Series B Funding to Build the Single AI Interface for CRE Property Operations
Vertex Holdings02 Feb 2026New York, Jan. 26, 2026
– Visitt, the AI-native property operations platform transforming commercial real estate, today announced that it has raised $22 million in Series B funding led by Susquehanna Growth Equity, with participation from existing investors Vertex Ventures Israel, Anfield, and Sarona Ventures.
The funding follows a year of rapid expansion for Visitt, which now serves more than 150 customers and achieved over 900% growth in managed square footage in 2025. The company is modernising building operations by replacing fragmented legacy systems with a single, unified AI-driven platform built into the operational core from day one.
Co-founded by CEO Itay Oren, CTO Idan Wender, and CPO Jonathan Kroll, Visitt built its platform around real-world workflows informed by live building operations across office, industrial, data centre, multifamily, and retail properties.
“As the first platform to deeply embed AI into day-to-day CRE operations, Visitt is purpose-built to meet new expectations for operational excellence and tenant experience,”
said Itay Oren, CEO and Co-founder of Visitt. “Legacy systems were designed for a different era. Operators today need speed, clarity, and real outcomes through a single interface with AI at its core.”
Visitt’s all-in-one platform unifies workflows that traditionally live in disconnected CRE systems, including work orders, compliance, predictive maintenance, tenant communications, equipment lifecycle tracking, security, amenities, and finance. These workflows are powered by millions of operational data points and continuous feedback loops with on-site property teams.
“We are thrilled to partner with Itay and his team, who have built a best-in-class platform through relentless focus on real industry problems,”
said Josh Elser, Managing Director at Susquehanna Growth Equity. “Visitt is well-positioned to capture a significant whitespace opportunity as property operations become increasingly data-driven.”
Tobias Lange, Investor at Susquehanna Growth Equity, added: “Visitt’s AI-powered workflows improve operational efficiency and tenant experience, delivering measurable ROI for owners and operators.”
With the new funding, Visitt plans to expand its single AI interface within the workflows teams use every day. This includes building on existing capabilities such as work order intelligence, its AI Agent for certificate of insurance management, multilingual communication tools, and introducing new AI Agents that reduce manual work, improve predictive intelligence, and scale customer success.
