Impersonation of Vertex Ventures SEA & India Managing Partner

We have been alerted to a scam involving the impersonation of a Vertex Ventures SEA & India Managing Partner.

The scammers would reach out to businesses using WhatsApp, fraudulently claiming to be "Chua Joo Hock" or "蔡裕福" and his personal assistant from Vertex Ventures. The scammers would often enquire on construction/renovation related projects and might also present victims with fake documentation from Vertex Ventures.

This is a scam and is not associated with Vertex Holdings nor Vertex Ventures. Our employees conduct business over email using addresses ending with @vertexventures.com or @vertexholdings.com.

If you have been contacted by these scammers, you may wish to inform the relevant authorities as soon as possible.
